Landlord Gas Safety Checks and Home Buyer Report
All landlords are obliged to provide tenants with safe and well-maintained gas appliances. This needs to be proven legally with a new Landlords Gas Safety Inspection Certificate CP12 every 12 months. Our engineers are Gas Safe Registered and are up to date with the latest safety regulations. They are able to conduct safety inspections to ensure that all gas appliances and installations are working within acceptable parameters at the time of inspection and who can, consequently, provide this safety inspection certificate.

Gas Safe Registered Engineers
It is necessary for any engineer working with gas to be listed on the Gas Safe Register – the official gas safety organisation in Great Britain. You can rest assured that all of our engineers are on this register. Each will have their official identity card when you ask to see it.

Gas Safe Register is the official gas safety organisation in Great Britain.
It replaced CORGI on 1st April 2009. Gas Safe Register is responsible for the registration and regulation of gas engineers. Membership is mandatory for any company or engineer working with gas appliances.
